"While the concentration of this review is on images of Jupiter's UV aurora, much progress in understanding the physical processes active in the aurora has been gained through UV spectra obtained by HST. (...) The LSA area of 2" (or 1.74" post-COSTAR) covered areas of several thousands km on Jupiter, sufficient to isolate distinct features of the aurora" (p. 32)
